What languages are available on imported games?
Most imported games (with some exceptions) have, at the minimum, English subtitles. Please check the respective item description for more information.
What is the difference between different versions of the same product?
The main difference is in the cover art and languages supported.
How do I know the age rating for a particular product?
The age rating is clearly mentioned on all the products that are required to be age rated. Each region follows a different age rating system. Please refer to our Age Ratings page for more information.
Are imported games compatible with USA systems?
All the imported games on sale on our website can be played on USA consoles unless specified otherwise on the product page. To access any current and/or future DLC/online features on imported games, you may be required to open an online account in the region where the imported game came from.

Do you offer price matching service?
All the prices listed on the website are final and non-negotiable. We expect our knowledgeable customers to do all the research before they purchase the products on our website.
Do you offer retroactive price adjustments?
No. We do not offer price discounts to customers when prices drop nor do we request difference in price when the prices go up.
Are prices inclusive of all shipping charges?
We offer free standard shipping on most of our items. Express shipping and other options are available at an additional cost.
Are prices inclusive of all import tariff charges?
Yes! The listed prices are inclusive of all the import tariff charges.

Do you ship internationally?
At present, we do not offer shipments outside USA. However, we will be introducing this service shortly. Stay tuned.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, expedited and express shipping options are available at checkout.
Do you use boxes to ship?
We use padded envelopes to ship games and boxes to ship accessories.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free shipping is available on almost all items within the continental USA.
We have not received our order but tracking shows the item delivered?
If you have not received the item, please check with your local delivery person and post office.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
At present, we do not offer gift wrapping service. However, we will be introducing this service shortly. Stay tuned.
Do you ship to APO/FPO locations and to AL and HI?
Yes, we do ship to these locations. However, the delivery times are not guaranteed and it may take longer for your order to arrive.

What is your return policy for digital products?
For all Downloadable Content (DLC), Digital Games and/or PC Downloads, we do not offer returns... all sales are final.
What is your return policy for physical products?
Please refer to our Return Policy.
What is your policy for defective or damaged products?
If an item you purchased is defective or was damaged, please let us know within 30 days. We will replace the unit with a similar item if available, If not available, we will offer a store credit.
After 30 days from purchase, terms and conditions of manufacturer's warranty apply to defective video games systems and computer hardware. Please note that the items imported from outside the USA may not be covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
