If, notwithstanding the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions, BASCO GAMES is found to be liable to you for any damage or loss which arises out of or is in any way connected with your use of the Site or any Content, BASCO GAMES' liability shall in no event exceed the greater of (1) the total purchase price of any purchases made on the Site in the one month prior to the date of the initial claim made against BASCO GAMES or (2) US$100.00.
